JINGRONG Segmented Reflective Truck and Trailer Tape is developed for surfaces where standard continuous reflective tape may wrinkle, bridge or lift. Individual microprismatic segments are held in alignment by a removable transfer film, making installation easier on curves, corrugations, riveted panels and complex vehicle contours.
After positioning and pressing the segments onto the prepared surface, the transfer film is removed, leaving evenly spaced reflective elements. This construction supports a neat appearance while allowing greater flexibility between segments. It is suitable for trucks, trailers, tankers, buses, equipment and specialized vehicle bodies.
The segmented series is available in white, yellow and red, with standard 2-inch by 50-meter rolls and customized segment dimensions. Both economical 2900 and premium 9500-type constructions may be offered, with reference durability up to 3–5 years for selected models.
Markings may reference ECE 104R, DOT-C2 or SASO 2913 depending on the product version. The exact regulatory model and documentation should be confirmed before ordering. For best results, test the segment spacing, transfer-film release and adhesion on the actual curved or corrugated surface.
