JINGRONG Transparent Laminating Carry Handle Tape is a high-strength tape for producing carry handles directly on packaging lines. It is designed to laminate with a separate paperboard, paper or printed handle insert before the completed handle is applied to shrink film, cartons or flexible pouches.
The transparent MOPP backing provides tensile strength without covering the pack graphics. A high-tack hot-melt adhesive supports fast bonding to compatible PE, PP, shrink film and paper-based packaging surfaces. Long roll lengths and consistent construction make the tape suitable for manual equipment, semi-automatic applicators and continuous high-speed handle systems.
The product can be used for beverage packs, frozen food, household products, hygiene goods, healthcare items and other bulky consumer packages. Standard widths are 20 mm and 25 mm, with customized widths and roll formats available.
Depending on the package design and tested bonding area, the handle construction can be developed for heavy multipacks, including applications targeting loads up to 15 kg. Because real-world carrying performance depends on the complete package, JINGRONG recommends testing the final handle geometry, insert material, package film and product weight before commercial launch.
